Pricing and Payment

At this time, OT By Mommy accepts debit, credit, cash, or FSA/HSA. We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. We are able to provide you with a super bill, upon request, for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Additional $25 travel fee for clients who request home visits.

After the initial evaluation, follow-up sessions are charged at a rate of $175. For those who request home visits, a $25 per session travel fee also applies for each home visit.

Virtual or in-office consultations are available for parents and for other professionals seeking to learn more about infant feeding, milestones, and development.

We offer services in our office, located within Pregnancy and Postpartum PT, at

Westford, MA 01886. 

At your request, we may also offer in-home visits to clients on the North Shore of MA, within 10 miles of Salem, MA.
